「愛し合う2人の為に素敵な結婚式を企画・演出する、
ウェディングプランナーの多くは結婚出来ない女」であるという。
ウェディングプランナーとは新郎新婦に出会うと、
幸せなエピソードを毎回聞いてから、
感情移入してプランを作っていく。
そうすると、
本来は自分の恋愛とか結婚で満たす、
ハッピー中枢が結婚式を作る事で常に満たされてしまう。
そこでどんどん時間だけが過ぎてしまうので、
よきところで気づかなければ無駄に時間だけが過ぎていってしまうという。

以前はウェディングプランナーというのは、
結婚式の段取りだけを組んでいればよかったが、
最近では新郎新婦のメンタルケアまで踏み込んでいる。

そのようなイメージはとんとなかったですが、
まぁ業界内の人が体感的に感じていることであれば、
事実なのでしょう。
特に女性の場合、男性と比較し、
異性との交際を求める時は精神的な支柱が欲しい傾向にあるとは思います。
男性が精神的な部分だけでなく肉体的な部分を求めるのに対し、
女性は全員とは申し上げませんが、
大多数が幸せに感じたいという精神的な部分に恋愛は依拠しているのではないのでしょうか。
そういう意味では、
有賀さんの仰るとおり、
仕事上その精神的に幸せが満たされている状況であれば、
異性を求めず結婚できない傾向になってしまうのも頷けますね。
ウェディングプランナーに限らず、
友人の幸せ話を聞くことが好きな人は、
婚期を逃す恐れもありますので注意しなければいけないかもしれません。
