《ジョブチューン》南雲吉則「誰でも簡単に出来る！乳がんのチェック法を伝授」

乳腺外科医である南雲吉則医師は、
誰でも簡単にできる乳がんチェック方法を紹介する。
乳がんの自己検診というと、
月に一回自分の乳腺をよく触ってくださいなんて言うが、
月に1回だとそのうち飽きて忘れてしまう。
そこで毎日の習慣にすれば良いと主張。
その方法というのは、
お風呂で身体を洗うときナイロンタオルやスポンジを使わずに、
自分の手でなで洗いを行えば良いと語った。
手というのは人間の身体の中で最高のセンサーなので、
不自然なしこりをすぐに発見できる。
お風呂で毎日なで洗いを行えば、
365日毎日乳ガンのみならず、
不自然なしこりを発見する自己検診をしているのと同じであると説明。
またこれは、
女性のみならず男性乳ガンというのも存在するので、
行った方が良いと補足された。
更に、首や脇までもチェックすることにより、
乳ガンだけでなく、甲状腺がん、血液の癌が一発でわかってしまうという。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
乳ガンを発見する際の触り方のコツを今回は少し調べてみました。
一般的なのは乳頭を中心に渦巻状に輪を広げるようになでることです。
他にも上下になでたり、
乳頭から外へと放射線状になでるのも一般的なようです。
そしてしこりについてですが、
良くこれは肉まんに例えられるようですね。
どういうことかと申しますと、
感覚的には乳ガンのしこりというのは、
肉まんの内部にある餡（あん）に近いそうです。
つまり肉まんの餡を触るようなしこりが見つかった場合は、
要注意といえます。
更にしこりにも良性と悪性があり、
悪性のものが一般的に癌＝悪性腫瘍と呼ばれるものになります。
この辺の判断を素人が行うのは非常に難しいとは思うのですが、
表面がデコボコしている場合は悪性の可能性が高いそうですよ。
いずれにしろ不自然なしこりが見つかったら、
手遅れになる前に病院で診察をきちんと受けましょう。
