《深イイ話》吉田輝幸「EXILE式冷水で疲労回復」冷たい水シャワーで疲労物質が流れ出で、疲れがとれる！？

今回は貴方の身体が美しく変われる、
巷で話題の美男美女になれる美容法スペシャル。
EXILE公式トレーナーである、
パーソナルトレーナー吉田輝幸。
吉田輝幸は、
トレーニングだけでなく、
EXILEのライブ後、
メンバーの身体のケアにも気を配っていた。
吉田輝幸はライブ会場に子供用プールを持ち込み、
メンバーの身体のケアを行なっていたという。
吉田輝幸は子供用プールに10度の冷水をはり、
10分程メンバーを浸からせていた。
こうして冷水に浸かる事で毛細血管が収縮して、
水から上がると血管が開き、
疲労物質が流れ出るという。
吉田輝幸によると一般家庭では水シャワーでも良いので、
疲れた箇所に1分くらい冷たいシャワーを浴びさせると、
疲労回復に効果があるという。
ちなみにこれは、
筋トレによる筋肉疲労だけでなく、
日常生活における疲れにおいても高い効果を発揮するという。
また南雲吉則医師は冷やすと体温が下がりそうで心配という声に対し、
冷やしたら逆に体温が上がることを補足説明。
人間の身体は気温が上がれば、
体温を下げようと汗かいて毛穴が開くが、
逆に冷やすと内奥脂肪を燃やして、
どんどん深部体温が上がるという。

南雲医師の身体は冷やした方が良いという話は、
過去記事でも紹介した通りでございます。
この水シャワーを浴びたり、
冷水を浴びるという行為、
結構きつそうに聞こえますが、
足など部分的にやる分にはそこまできついことはありません。
一瞬「冷たい！！」と感じるかもしれませんが、
逆にそうでなければ効果はないんです。
この「冷たい！！」と感じることこそ、
脳が緊急信号を感じ、交感神経をフル稼働させ、
血やリンパの巡りを最大限に引き上げてくれます。
この血流やリンパの流れが一気に促されることにより、
体内に蓄積された老廃物が一掃され、
疲労回復に繋がるというわけですね。
しかし一方で、
急激な血流の上昇が起きるということは、
心臓が弱い方等にとってはリスクが当然存在します。
心臓が弱い方、高齢な方というのは、
この方法は遠慮しておいた方が無難といえるでしょう。
