《深イイ話》シルク考案のほうれい線を消す美顔筋トレ！表情筋を鍛えれば、 しわ、たるみ、くすみを全て改善！？

今回は貴方の身体が美しく変われる、
巷で話題の美男美女になれる美容法スペシャル。
シルク考案のほうれい線を消す美顔筋トレの紹介。
美容番長の異名を持つシルクも、
昔はぽっちゃり体型。
30代後半になり、
シルクは美に目覚め、
様々な美容法を試し、
編み出したのが美顔筋トレである。
美顔筋トレとは普段動かしていない表情筋を鍛える、
トレーニングであることが明かされた。
表情筋とは目や口を動かす筋肉の総称。
この表情筋を鍛えれば、
しわ、たるみ、くすみを全て改善できるとシルクは言う。
～ほうれい線を消す美顔筋トレ～
鼻の斜め下にある、
ほうれい線の裏側に舌を入れ、
そのまま下まで舌を下さらせる。
その後、
舌を上側の歯茎の上を通して反対へ。
今度は反対のほうれい線の裏側へ、
舌を当て、
同様にそのまま下まで舌を下らせる。
今度は、
舌を下側の歯茎の上を通して元の位置に戻す。
これを右3回、左3回行う。

ほうれい線のしわって、
数あるしわの中でも特に年齢を感じさせ易いしわですよね。
ほうれい線の悩みを抱えている方は、
女性は勿論、
男性にも多いのでしょうか。
このほうれい線は、
頬の肉がたるみ、
下の筋肉が支えられなくなったことによって出来るのが、
一番の原因。
つまりその他のしわよりも、
表情筋の衰えがもろに出てしまうしわと呼ばれています。
しかし、
それは裏を返せば、
表情筋を鍛えれば、
ほうれい線は出来にくくなるということになります。
今回シルクさんが紹介した表情筋の鍛え方以外にも、
多数の表情筋の鍛え方は巷に出回っているので、
試してみましょう。
他の部位、例えば腕・脚・腹等の筋トレと異なり、
表情筋の筋トレは、
寝る前にでも簡単に出来るものがほとんど。
その積み重ねが、
人によって歳を感じさせたり、
感じさせなかったり、
そのような違いとして表れるのでしょうね。
