神藤多喜子は、
たった3分でバストがサイズアップし、
位置が上がり、
フワフワになるという「おっぱい体操」という方法を紹介する。
体操①「おっぱい外し」
おっぱい外しとは、
おっぱいを支える土台の筋肉に、
乳酸が一杯たまり凝り固まって、
歪んで下に流れてしまったものを戻す方法。
指先を熊手のようにして、
背中の肩甲骨から脇にかけて、
おっぱいの下側の筋肉や脂肪をほぐし、
老廃物を流す運動である。
体操②「おっぱい揺らし」
おっぱいの脂肪を上に向かって揺らすことで、
たまっていた老廃物も流れ、
フワフワのおっぱいに仕上がるという。
※この時、下に揺らしてしまうと、
おっぱいの靭帯を損傷しやすく垂れる原因となるので、
揺らす方向は必ず上にすること。
実際にこの体操と被験体となっていた女性は、
トップで＋2cm、
アンダーは－0.5cmとなり、
トップとアンダーのサは2.5cm広がり、
おっぱいの位置は体操前と比較して、
2cm高くなった。
実は、神藤多喜子がこの体操を思いついたのは、
助産師時代であったという。
出産後、おっぱいが張りすぎて痛くなったり、
母乳がうまく出ないなどのトラブルを抱えた女性達を、
なんとかしてあげたいと、
独自で勉強を始めたという。
その時、
「牛のおっぱいはよく揺れている」
ことを発見した神藤多喜子は、
牛のようにおっぱいを揺らせばトラブルが無くなるのではと仮説を立て、
おっぱいの揺らし方を研究してきたという。
その結果、母乳保育率が良くなる等、
おっぱいのトラブルが改善されたという報告が相次いだ。
更にこの体操はおっぱいの形や、
サイズアップにも効果があることが分かったという。
神藤多喜子のもとには
「授乳が終わったあとでも形が崩れずに美乳をキープ出来ている」
という感謝の手紙が沢山届いているという。
