大御所芸能人・文化人・一流スポーツ選手が、
MC有吉弘行の前で、
自らの過ちを告白し、
悔い改める番組である。

デューク更家
ウォーキングトレーナーなのに
ぽっちゃり

デューク更家は、
ウォーキングエクササイズで、
数々の人を痩せさせてきたが、
自分自身は太ってしまった事を反省した。

2003年にウォーキングエクササイズ、
デュークズウォークで一斉を風靡した、
デューク更家。

今でも全国のスクールには、
生徒数が4万人。

その年収はなんと4億円と噂されている。

モナコにある自宅の値段は、
推定6億8000万円。

デューク更家のウォーキングレッスン料は、
安いのは数千円、高いので数万円、
個人レッスンともなると、
20～50万円程である。

まさに減量界のカリスマである。

しかし、
そんなデューク更家にあってはならない、
事態が起きている。

それがこちら。

デューク更家太った

デュークなのにぽっちゃりなのである。

調べてみると2007年頃に、
お腹に肉が付き始めてぽっちゃりとなった。

これでは本当に、
デュークズウォークの効果があるのか、
疑われてしまう事態になった。

ちなみに現在のお腹がどうか、
調べてみるとこの通り未だにポッコリお腹。

デューク更家ぽっちゃり

すると指導にも支障が出て、
誰よりも早くバテる事がある。

デューク更家が、
ぽっちゃりお腹になった原因・理由は、
ご飯の食べ過ぎ、飲み過ぎ、
そして自身がデュークズウォークを、
普段はサボっている事であった。

結局、デューク更家には、
1週間ダイエットの禊が言い渡された。

レビュー

画像のようにかなり太られた、
デューク更家さんではありますが、
本人が普段不摂生なだけで、
エクササイズ自体のメソッドは、
しっかりと確立されているようですよ。

そして、
今回太った事は、
ご自身でウォーキングエクササイズで、
真剣に取り組めば、
どれだけ痩せられるかという、
アピールチャンスとも言えますね。
