《スクール革命！》旅行は脳を活性化させ記憶力アップさせる娯楽！写真を見るだけでも旅行と同じ効果がある？

今回のテーマは誰でも記憶力アップ&物忘れ防止術。
スタジオで講師を務めるのは、
東京理科大学教授の篠原菊紀先生、
慶応義塾大学卒業のオリエンタルラジオ中田敦彦先生。
記憶力が向上すると言われている娯楽として、
「旅行」を紹介。
篠原菊紀先生によると、
そもそもレジャー全般的に、
記憶力維持の効果があることが知られているという。
旅行の中でも、
自然の中を歩く事が非常に効果的と言われている。
また、
旅行に行く時間がなくても、
旅行中の写真を見るだけでも、
似たような効果があることが証明されていることが明かされた。

写真を見るだけで、
旅行と同様の効果があるかまでは、
個人的には分かりかねますが。
旅行自体非常に脳みそフル回転させることについては、
かなり納得出来ますね。
旅行って人によっては、
修学旅行の時のようにしおりまで作成する人いますよね。
さすがに私はそこまでマメではありませんが、
どこかに旅行しに行こうとしたら、
その土地のことを調べます。
更に現地で調べたことを足がかりに、
色々散策致します。
これって特段私に限ったことではなく、
旅行する方は普通にやられていることですよね。
特に海外旅行なんて行く際は、
見るものほとんどが知らないものですし、
言葉も通じない訳なので、
基本的に自身で調べていくしかありません。
そうなると脳をフル回転させ活性化させるわけですから、
記憶力向上には非常に役立ちそうな気はしますよね。
