得する東京都の助成制度
国や市町村に申請すれば得する、
「助成制度」。
家賃や医療費等が安くなる、
様々な得が満載なこの制度。

東京・西部・日の出町では
75歳以上の方の医療費が無料・タダになる
東京都・多摩西部にある日の出町といえば、
日本一お年寄りにやさしい町づくり宣言をした町。
果たしてどんな助成制度があるのか、
役場の人に話を聞いた。
この町では、
高齢者・75歳以上になると、
本来は後期高齢者医療制度の対象者になるが、
医療費が無料になるという制度が存在した。
しかも、
人間ドックについても、
75歳時に1回無料で受診出来る。
これは、
「日の出町 高齢者医療費の助成」という制度で、
日の出町に住民票があり、
3年以上居住している人が対象となる。
熟年世代が得する日の出町に潜入！
実際に、
日の出町の福祉センターを訪ねてみると、
朝から老人たちが皆で体操。
この体操は、
月曜日から金曜日まで毎朝行われている。
老人たちはこぞって、
この町は良い・最高という言葉を口にした。
そして、
この日の出町はがんの治療費がなんとタダ。
※健康保険がきかない治療や薬剤にかかる費用は対象外
そもそも75歳以上は、
医療費がタダなのに加え、
この町では、
がんの治療費であれば18歳以上であれば全員タダ。
つまり、
この町には、
がんの治療費が大人全員無料になる、
お得な制度があったのである。
更に高齢者に優しいのは医療費だけでなく、
温泉を自宅まで運ん得くれる制度がある。
これは「温泉宅配便（高齢者等 温泉給油サービス）」
といって、
80歳以上のお年寄りを対象に、
温泉水を週1回、浴槽1杯分を無料で宅配してくれる、
サービスである。
日の出町に住む老人達にとって、
自宅温泉が健康と美肌の秘訣だという。
このように家計が楽になり、
高齢者がより元気に暮らせる町が、
日の出町なのである。

「老人いじめだ！」
と多数の国民が反発しておりましたが、
なんとこの町ではそれと逆行する制度が、
行われているとの事です。

後期高齢者医療制度は国の制度なので、
変更が効かないのかと思いきや、
地方自治体によって、
柔軟にこのように変更が出来るのは意外な情報でした。
