《世界一受けたい授業》シワ改善トレーニング！美肌ドクター澤田彰史先生による「顔面体操」！顔の表情筋を鍛えてしわ予防！

1年間で紫外線が最も強いのは、
実は真夏である8月よりも6月～7月である。
また最新の研究ではたった3分外を歩いただけで、
シミが出来てしまうことが判明した。
シミだけでなく、キメ・シワの悩みも増えるこの季節。
そこで今回は美肌ドクターの、
東京警察病院の澤田彰史先生が授業を行う。
澤田先生はシワやほうれい線が気になる方は必見の、
しわ予防に繋がる画期的なマッサージ（体操）を紹介。
シワを改善させるには、
顔の筋肉である表情筋を鍛えて、
シワの出来にくい肌の土台をしっかり作るのが大切。
今回はシワを改善させる簡単なトレーニング、
「顔面体操」を行う。
この体操では目の周りの眼輪筋と、
口の周りの口輪筋を鍛える。
眉毛をおもいっきり上げて、
目を半開きにすると眼輪筋が鍛えられる。
その顔のまま口をタコのように突き出し、
その状態を10秒間キープ×3セット行う。

しわの原因となる顔の筋肉の衰え・・・
今回はそちらの対策となる体操を、
澤田先生は明かしてくれたわけですね。
顔の筋肉といえば、
しわ予防ではなく、
本来噛み合わせの改善の為のものですが、
こちらの記事のベロ回し体操も相当、
顔面の筋肉を鍛えられるので併せて行うと効果的かもしれません。
また、しわとは直接的な関係はございませんが、
顔の筋肉が凝り固まってしまっていると、
顔が大きく見える原因となります。
このように顔筋を鍛える、動かす行為は、
顔の筋肉をほぐす効果もあり、
一般的に小顔効果もあると呼ばれています。
しわが気になってきたな・・・
という方は「顔面体操」「ベロ押し体操」を、
一日2回朝夜繰り返すと良いでしょう。
