悪徳業者の悪質ビジネスの実態を暴露する。
闇金・詐欺など、
一般人からお金を騙し取る悪徳ビジネス。
最近、高齢者や借金を抱える人を狙った手口が、
急増しているという。
前回は「偽装質屋の実態」の記事に掲載。
悪質NPOの実態
宇都宮健児は他にも「悪質NPO」という、
悪質ビジネスの実態を暴露する。
NPO団体とは本来ボランティアや社会福祉など、
利益を目的とせずに活動する団体であり、
世間的に良いイメージがある。
しかし中には、
その良いイメージを巧みに利用し、
お金を騙し取る団体も存在する。
NPO団体は認証を受けるのは、
実は手続自体は非常に簡単である。
だからこそ詐欺グループや、
元々闇金をやっていたグループなんかが、
NPOの認証を取って、
「多重債務者や闇金の被害者を救済します」、
という宣伝を行い、
詐欺を行っている集団が実際にあったという。
その集団は「やまびこ会」という名称で、
環境に焼却炉を作っている、
という謳い文句で、
NPOの認証を取得していた。
そしてその焼却炉は、
米軍基地から依頼がきているので、
出資すれば多大な利益が上がると宣伝し、
投資家（出資者）を募り、
800人ぐらいから15億円を騙し取った事件だった。
ちなみにこの事件は、
刑事告訴を行い、
被告の弁護人から被害者に対する弁償が行われ、
被害者に全額返ってきたという。
だから、もし悪質ビジネスの被害に遭った場合は、
その場ですぐお金は返ってこなくても、
刑事告訴や告発をきちっとやっておいた方が良い。

ちなみにNPOとは、
「Non Profitment Organization」の略で、
和訳すれば非営利組織という事になります。
上述した「やまびこ会」という集団は、
全くそれと逆の事を行っていたという訳ですね。
現在は、
「やまびこ会」はないそうですが、
NPOだからといって、
必ずしも正しい事をしている訳ではないという、
良い事例ではないでしょうか。
現存するNPO団体は2万を超える為、
中には怪しい団体が混じっていても、
全然おかしくない訳です。
大事な資産を騙し取られないよう、
どのような名前をかたっていたとしても、
ウマすぎる話には注意をした方が良いという事ですね。
