月毎の死亡者グラフを見ると、
特に1月がダントツで命を落としている。
「暖かい家の中にいれば大丈夫」

殺人風呂・ヒートショック
暖かい部屋から、
冷えきった寒い場所へ行くと、
血管が収縮して血圧が上昇。
ところがお風呂でお湯に浸かって、
体が温まると、
一転して血管は開き、
血圧は急低下する。
この血圧の急変が、
ヒートショック現象と言われている。
たかせクリニック理事長の、
高瀬義昌医学博士によると、
ヒートショックは、
心筋梗塞や脳卒中などを、
引き起こす可能性があるという。
データによると、
浴室で入浴中の死亡者数を見ると、
推計で年間約1万7000人にのぼっている。
中でも12月～2月の、
3ヶ月が占める割合は、
全体の凡そ半数。
冬のヒートショックの恐ろしさを、
裏付けている。
ヒートショックは、
高齢者に多い現象だが、
最近は、
ストレス世代と呼ばれる、
30代、40代の人も、
同様の症状を訴える人は増えている。
つまり、
風呂での死亡事故は誰にでも起こるのである。
ヒートショックで死なない為の対策
高瀬義昌医学博士によると、
ヒートショックの対策は大きく3つあるという。
1つ目は、
風呂の温度は38～40度に設定すること。
2つ目は、
入浴前、
浴室に熱めのシャワーを振りまくこと。
3つ目は、
入浴前に水分を摂ること。

チラホラと特集されていますね。
それだけ注目度があるという事は、
危険だという事の表れです。
きちんとした対策が、
意図せぬ入浴事故を防止する事に繋がります。
しかし38～40度のお湯とはまたぬるいですね。
こうなると、
「ぬるすぎてイヤ」
という方もいるかもしれませんが、
命を落としては元も子もないので、
冬場は高過ぎない温度設定で、
入浴するよう努めましょう。
