《深イイ話》髪モデル・淵江真由美の髪の毛の乾かし方！ドライヤーの正しい使い方！頭皮にとっては自然乾燥が一番良い？？

今回は巷で話題の、
深イイ毛の悩み解決スペシャル。
髪モデルのカリスマとしてストイックな生活を送る、
淵江真由美が美しい髪を保つ為の、
濡れた髪の乾かし方を紹介。
入浴後のドライヤーは綺麗な髪を保つのに非常に大事。
髪が傷まないように、
低音でじっくり乾かすのがポイントであるという。
髪モデルである淵江真由美の場合、
ドライヤーの風を非常に遠くから当て、
1時間かけて乾かすという。
また淵江は、
70度以上であると髪が焦げてしまい良くないと聞いたので、
60度の低温ドライヤーを手に入れて使用していることを明かした。
毛髪診断士の小林弘子がこの話に補足説明。
洗いざらしの髪が一番良くないと一般的に言われているが、
頭皮を乾燥させることの方が髪には良くないという。
しかしながら長い髪の場合は自然乾燥しにくく、
その状態で寝ることが一番良くないので、
遠くからドライヤーをあてるのは非常に良いと説明された。
ドライヤーをあてる際は地肌ではなく、
きちんと髪だけにあててあげることが重要である。
また叶美香は姉（叶恭子）の美のレシピを実行していることを明かし、
髪を乾かすのはまずタオルドライを十分にやった後に、
ドライヤーは15cm以上離れた場所から、
8分以内に行うことが重要であることを説明した。

こちらの記事の中でも髪の乾かし方、
ドライヤーの使い方について、
もうちょっと深堀りしてみました。
一般的に言われている髪の乾かし方とはいくつか相違があるようですね。
例えば髪は根本から乾かすのが良いと言われていますが、
根本を乾かそうとしたら確実に地肌に風があたってしまいますからね。
ここからは私見ではありますが、
確かに地肌を乾かすのがいけないとしても、
洗いざらしの髪の毛のキューティクルは大変傷みやすいのも事実です。
ですから小林弘子さんの仰ることを参考に、
ドライヤーできちんと乾かすことが重要であるといえると思います。
また補足ですが、
髪の乾かし過ぎも髪には良くない為、
8割乾いたらあとは自然乾燥させることも大事です。
そしてメンズの場合ですが、
メンズの場合は女性よりも髪が短いので、
自然乾燥でも案外すぐに乾くでしょう。
地肌を傷ませずに済むので、
極力ドライヤーを使わない方が良いといえます。
