深イイ毛の悩み解決スペシャル。
ハリがない、ツヤがない、セットしにく、くせ毛、
など巷では髪に関する悩みが溢れている。

男性は勿論、薄毛に悩む女性も年々増加傾向にある。
発毛のカリスマと呼ばれる毛髪診断士の小林弘子は、
発毛で最も重要なのは頭皮の状態であるという。
理想の頭皮とは透明感があり、
潤っている柔らかい頭皮であるが、
発毛しにくい頭皮は乾燥からなっている硬い頭皮である。
我々が普段何気なく行なってしまう眉間にシワをよせる行為が、
頭皮を硬くしてしまい髪によくないという。
目が悪い人や、目が疲れた時よくやってしまうこの行動。
顔と頭皮の肌は実は一枚岩で繋がっており、
眉間は頭皮に近く、影響を与えやすい。
眉間にシワを寄せると、
頭皮が引っ張られ緊張し、硬い状態になってしまうだとか。
頭皮が硬くなると血行が悪くなると、
頭皮に栄養が届きにくくなり毛が生えにくくなる。

両手の指で耳の周りを抑え、
そのまま頭頂部しわを集めるように持ち上げる。
すると、頭皮に余裕が出来て頭皮が柔らかくなる。

常に気を張っていると筋肉が収縮し、皮膚が硬くなりがちです。
不規則な食事は髪の毛に必要である栄養素を滞りがちにしてしまいます。
特に髪によいとされるビタミンA、B6、E、ミネラルといった成分が、
不十分になる可能性が十分に考えられます。
また年齢と共に減少していくコラーゲンが不足し、
頭皮が硬くなることで知られています。
最後のシャンプーに関してですが、
最近巷で話題のノンシリコンタイプのシャンプーですが、
シリコンが入っていないが為に、
適度な潤いが保てず、
もともと頭皮が乾燥しがちな人は、
頭皮の乾燥を助長してしまい良くないと聞きます。
オイリー肌の人は良いのかもしれませんが、
もとから痒みがあるような乾燥肌タイプの頭皮の方は、
ノンシリコンシャンプーは控えた方が良いでしょう。
