《解禁！暴露ナイト》経済ジャーナリスト相楽総一が投資家をターゲットにしたネオ未公開株詐欺の実態を暴露！その予防法と対策は？

個人投資家の動きが活発している株式市場は上昇傾向をみせ、

そんな中、
投資家達をターゲットにした新たな詐欺、
「ネオ未公開株詐欺」
という詐欺が増えてきている
そもそも未公開株詐欺というのは、
架空の会社の株を売りつけ、
金を騙し取る詐欺行為のこと。
偽の投資顧問会社が偽の株券を投資家の元に持込、
「上場予定の株なので市場に出た後に必ず儲かる」
と、勧誘する手口である。

詐欺を行う会社（A社）は、
「未公開株の購入する権利が当たった」という偽のハガキを、
個人投資家のもとへ送りつける。

ここまではこれまで横行してきた未公開株詐欺の手口と一緒であるが、
ネオ未公開株詐欺というのはハガキを送ってきた会社（A社）とは、
別の会社（B社）から個人投資家のもとに、
「（前述の偽のハガキによって得られた）未公開株購入の権利を売って欲しい」
といった旨の連絡が入る。
ここで多くの個人投資家は
「B社がお金を払ってまで欲しい株であるなら、
余程価値が高いに違いない」
と警戒心が緩んでしまう。

ここからが詐欺師の巧妙な罠が潜んでいる。
A社から個人投資家のもとに、
「B社名義からお金が振り込まれていて、
名義が違うので未公開株を譲り渡すことが出来ない」
といった旨の連絡が入る。
その後、
B社から代わりに立て替えて欲しいと、
個人投資家のもとへ連絡が入る。
そして、
騙されてしまった個人投資家が、
A社にお金を渡すと、
その後、A社、B社共に行方知れずになってしまうという。
ちなみにA社が個人投資家からお金を貰う際には、
手渡しが圧倒的に多い。
何故ならば、振込は現在各金融機関、警察共に、
非常に警戒しているからであるという。

相楽総一はこのネオ未公開株詐欺の予防を明かす。
そもそも証券会社というのは、
金融取引法に基づく金融取引業の登録を受けていなければ、
未公開株の販売は出来ない。
つまり見知らぬ業者に未公開株を勧められたら、
金融庁に登録されている業者か必ず確認を取ることが重要である。
