《ジョブチューン》うつ病患者の子供が急増中！原因は陰湿ないじめ？大人のうつ病の現状！新型うつ病と怠け者との見分け方！

患者数は約100万人で、
10人に1人は発祥の可能性があるという。
杏林大学医学部付属病院に勤務する、
精神神経科医の古賀良彦医師は、
40年間の長きに渡り、
うつ病患者を治療してきた。
そんな精神神経科医・古賀良彦は、
最近急増しているうつ病患者は、
子供が多い事をぶっちゃけた
子供のうつ病患者が急増した、
一番の原因は陰湿ないじめが増えた事にある。
昔はちょっと体を痛めつける程度だったが、
現在はネットのように、
制限なく、
しかも本人には抵抗できない、
心の傷を増すようないじめが増えてきた。
また、その他の理由として、
現代の子供というのはTVゲームばかりを行い、
親や友人達とのコミュニケーションが、
不足している事が挙げられる。
子供のうつ病に気付く方法は？
子供が何も原因・理由がないのに、
しくしく泣いていたりとか、
普段とても元気な子供が、
どんな事をやっても面白くなさそうな顔をしていると、
うつ病に陥っている可能性があるので、
子供の行動を注意深くチェックする必要がある。
大人のうつ病の現状
更に、古賀良彦医師は、
大人のうつ病の現状についても明かす。
大人のうつ病も、
20年位前に比べると3倍近くになっている。
新型のうつ病とは？
そして最近は新型のうつ病が流行している。
うつ病の人は一般的に、
いつも悲しくて、
仕事が出来なくて、
家にいても辛い思いばかりしている。
しかし新型うつの人は、
仕事であると元気がないのに、
家だと元気であるという。
だからこそ、
気の毒な事に、
怠け者だと誤解されてしまいがちである。
怠け者と新型うつ病の違いは？
怠け者と新型うつ病を、
見分けるポイントは「睡眠」である。
新型うつ病の人の特徴としては、
夜に眠れず夜中の2～3時に目が覚めてしまう。
ところが、
怠け者は一旦寝てしまったら、
朝まで眠っている所に違いがあるという。
週末うつとは？
最近は新型うつに加えて、
週末うつというのが流行している。
普通は週末は楽しみになるものであるが、
仕事が趣味のような人は、
週末になると元気がなくなって、
仕事をしていないと不安になってしまうという。
うつ病になりやすい人の特徴は？
うつ病になりやすい人は、
昼ご飯に同じメニューばかりを、
食べ続けている人である。
うつ病になりやすい人は、
非常に保守的で執着心が強い特徴がある。
だから変えようとすると、
非常に不安に感じてしまうという。
また、食事だけでなく、
音楽や着るものに関しても同様の事が言える。

新型うつ病に関してですが、
確かに単なる怠け者との区別が、
非常につきづらいので困ったものですね。
睡眠の質が見分けるポイントだとしても、
客観的に睡眠の質を理解するのは、

深刻な悩みかもしれないので、
怠け者であるのか否か、
周囲は慎重に判断しなければいけませんね。
