《世界一受けたい授業》金の価値は今後上昇する？ダイヤ、株、お金と比較し安定資産の金は景気が良くても悪くても価格は上がる！

元経済産業省官僚の岸博幸先生が、
金の価格が今後上がり続けるか否かについて説明。
金というのは戦争やインフレなどで、
かつて多くのお札が紙くず同然になった中で、
金だけは世界に共通して凡そ6000年唯一価値あるものとして、
存在してきた。
金の価格はここ10年で3倍に上昇してきた。
ダイヤモンドと金を比較しても、
価値があるという観点では金に軍配が上がる。
金の場合は1gいくらという形で、
価値が明確になる。
ダイヤの場合は原石がどれだけ綺麗か、
カットがどれだけしっかりしているか、
傷の有無等、
様々な要素が入り込む為価値が安定しないのである。
更にダイヤモンドは炭で出来ているので火事で消失するが、
金は火事では無くならないことを説明。
そして岸先生は、
今度も金の価値は上がり続けると結論づけた。
金の相場が過去10年急上昇を続けているが、
金の価格は長期的にみれば、今後も緩やかに上がり続けるという。
その理由として、
別記事で説明した金融緩和によってお金が余った場合の投資先として選ばれ、
また株価が暴落する、
あるいは世界経済が悪化すると紙幣よりも金に投資する投資家が増えるので、
景気が良くても悪くても金の価値は上る可能性が高いからであると説明された。
一方で金の価格が下る場合は、
金の鉱山が大量に発掘される場合等が考えられるが、
現代においてそこまで大量の金の鉱山が急に発見され、
金の供給が投ぜつん増えることはないと考えられていることを明かした。
また日本では鹿児島県の菱刈鉱山で金が採掘されていることを説明。

金は安定資産ということを耳にしたことはありましたが、
今回の説明を聞いてなるほどなぁと感じました。
一番の金の強みは、
なんといっても景気が良くても悪くても価値が上がり続けるということでしょう。
お札などのお金や株などの有価証券ではそうはいきませんからね。
特に株は経済が順調な時には上昇し続けますが、
リーマン・ショックに代表されるように、
経済が落ち込むとみるみる価値が下がってしまいます。
しかし、
経済が悪化するからこそ金に投資する人が増えるというのは、
言われてみればなるほどですし、
経済の良し悪しに関わらず上昇する可能性のある金が、
安定資産と呼ばれる所以がわかりました。
逆に金の価値が下がる、
という時は番組でも紹介された通り、
金の供給量が増えることが挙げられますが、
このグーグルアースで世界のどこでも見れちゃうような時代にあって、
新たな大規模金鉱山が次々に発見されるとは考えにくいですもんね。
また、
金よりもお金、株に変えようという動きが加速すれば、
同じく金の価値は下がりますが、
そういった現象が起きることはまず考えられません。
余程、どこかの株式市場がバブルを迎えていて、
今投資しなければ損をするといった状況でなければあり得ないでしょう。
しかし株のバブルにはバブル崩壊というリスクが常につきものなので、
実際にバブルだからといって安易に投資する人も考えにくいですし、
結論金の価値が下がることは非常に考えづらいということになりますね。
