感動！大号泣！24時間マラソンを無事完走！
2013年24時間マラソンを奇跡の完走を果たした、
森三中・大島美幸が当時のエピソードについて語る。
大島美幸はスタートして4km地点から、
脚の痛みとの戦いは始まっていた事を明かした。
筋肉痛のようなものも始まり、
坂本コーチに相談した所、
「痛みは無くならない。」と返答された。
しかし脚が本当に痛くて、
再度、坂本コーチに相談した所、
「痛みと折り合うんだ！」と超至近距離で語りかけられた。
大島美幸的には痛みの折り合い方を教えて欲しかったという。
黒沢かずこが差し入れたミントタオルで目に激痛！
また、途中の休憩所で、
大島美幸は、
同じく森三中・黒沢かずこから、
通常1プッシュで十分なミントのスプレーが、
4プッシュも振りかけられたタオルを渡され、
そのミントが目の中に入り、
半端ない刺激で痛みが走った事を明かした。
《もうちょっと調べてみた＆所感》
ちなみに距離的には88キロを走破したそうなのですが、
88キロ中の4キロ地点から痛みが走るって、
かなり辛い事ですよね。
トレーニング中は10キロ以上を平然と走り抜いていただけに、
本番では何が怒るか分かりません。
何はともあれ、
完走が出来て何よりです。
