無駄が嫌いな女はすぐ離婚してしまう！？
行列ができる法律相談所でお馴染みの、
美人弁護士・大渕愛子（36歳）。
大渕愛子は離婚問題を数多く取り扱っているが、
実はわずか半年のスピード離婚を経験していた。
結婚したの27歳の時で、
お相手は3つ年上の同僚弁護士。
しかし大渕愛子のある性格が原因で、
わずか半年で離婚してしまった。
一体どんな性格がスピード離婚を招いたのか、
大渕愛子の私生活に密着。
すると早送りでDVD鑑賞したり、
服の買い物でも洋服を選ぶ時間は1着平均30秒だったりと、
非常に時間の無駄を気にする生活を送っていた。
つまり大渕愛子は「無駄を嫌う女」である。
女性なら誰もがこだわる結婚式も、
式場決め等を全部連絡をメールと電話で、
済ませてしまいパンフレットを見る事もなかった。
また婚約指輪も無駄でしかないので、
要らないと伝えていたという。
生活から徹底的に無駄を省きたい大渕愛子であったが、
その性格が災いして、
結婚して3ヶ月目に事件は起きた。
仕事が忙しくて体調を崩してしまった大渕愛子。
優しい夫は大渕愛子の体調を気遣い、
病院まで送ってあげようとした。
しかし、大渕愛子は自分が病院に行くべきかは、
自分が一番分かっていて、
それに干渉し合うのは時間の無駄と感じた。
こうして結婚生活に疑問を感じ、
大渕愛子は4ヶ月目にして家を出てしまったという。
実はこの大渕愛子の決断はあながち間違いではないという。
離婚の決断は早い方が良い
数多く離婚問題を扱ってきた、
離婚コンサルタントの澁川良幸先生によると、
離婚した人、特に熟年離婚した人の中には、
もっと早く離婚すれば良かったと、
公開する人が非常に多いという。
スピード離婚した大渕愛子は、
結婚生活に失敗しない為に、
「お互い干渉し合う結婚生活は早めに終わらせ、
未来に向けて歩みだした方がいい。」
と提案した。

結婚で失敗しないために婚前契約書のススメ
スピード離婚を経験した大渕愛子は、
今度結婚する時は「婚前契約書」という、
結婚前にお互いの要望・妥協点を明記し、
結婚生活を有意義に過ごす為の約束を、
契約書類で交わしたいという。
ちなみに「婚前契約書」は、
離婚するという話になった時に、
法的な拘束力も有する。
離婚コンサルタントの澁川良幸先生は、
この「婚前契約書」について反論。
結婚というのは基本的に生活なので、
「許しあえる」「共有する」という事がポイントとなり、
それが婚前契約書では前提となっていないと指摘。

いくら無駄が嫌いとはいえ、
病気になっている状態を気遣ったにも関わらず、
それが干渉ととらえられて、
離婚を考えられてしまうとは、
なんとも旦那さんには気の毒な話ではあります。
色々な考え方があるとは思うのですが、
このような行為ですら干渉ととらえられてしまうのであれば、
そもそも大渕愛子弁護士の場合は、
失礼ながら結婚に向いていなかったのかもしれませんね。
そもそも人に干渉されるのが嫌いという方は、
結婚という共同生活が向いているのかすら疑問が残ります。
結婚生活は、
互いの価値観を受け入れていかなければ難しいので、
干渉嫌いとはいえ、
ある程度の妥協はしていかなければいけないとは思います。
