《相葉マナブ》目薬の効果的な差し方は目を閉じたままにする事！目薬をさした時に瞬き（まばたき）をするのは間違い！

私達がこれまで特に疑問を持たずに、

目薬をさした時まばたきをしてはダメ！
読書で疲れた目に、
目薬をさす事は普通の行為に思われるが、
注意するべき点があるという。
それは目薬をさしたら、
目を閉じてまばたきをせずに、
目頭をおさえて1分ほど待つ事である。
つまり目を開けてはいけない。
帝京大学薬学部の下平秀夫教授によると、
目薬をさしたら、
目頭をおさえて1分間待つ理由は、
目薬は目に留めておく事で、
効果を発揮するもので、
さしてすぐに目をあけてしまうと、
涙と一緒に目薬が流れでてしまうという。
また目薬をさす時は、
1回1滴が基本で、
それ以上量を増やしても、
効果には変わりないという。

目薬をさした時、
むしろ目をパチパチさせた方が、
染みる感じがして効果がありそうな気がしておりましたが、
実はそれは間違いであった事が分かります。
ちなみに、
何滴も目薬を差した場合、
副作用の恐れもあるそうですね。
目薬を差した際には、
一滴たらして、
目を閉じたままにしておくようにしましょう。
