《相葉マナブ》ビールは冷蔵庫のドアポケットに入れるのは間違い！ビールの正しい冷蔵庫の保管方法！ビールは振動と温度変化に弱い？

私達がこれまで特に疑問を持たずに、
何気無く生活していた事には、
より良い方法が他にあるということが、
実は結構ある。
そこで、今回は身近な暮らしの中で、
今すぐ実践出来るより良い方法を検証しながら学ぶ。
教えてくれるのは文京学院大学・目白大学の、
橋本由愛子講師。
テーマは「よくある生活の注意点～食品編～」。
ビールを冷蔵庫のドアポケットに入れてはダメ！
買ってきたビールを冷蔵庫に入れるのは、
誰もが当たり前の様にやっている事だが、
この行動に注意するべき点がある。
それは買ってきたビールを、
冷蔵庫のドアポケットに入れてはいけない、
という事である。
全国地ビール酒造者協議会の、
石川太郎副会長によると、
ビールは振動に弱く、
ドアポケットに入れると、
冷蔵庫を開閉する度に揺れ、
炭酸ガスが分離して風味が損なわれてしまうという。
また温度の上下する回数が多いと、
品質の劣化が加速するので、
冷蔵庫の中では温度変化の少ない、
奥の方に入れるのが品質が保たれ、
夏は4度～6度、冬は6度～8度を目安に、
保存を行うと良い。
ちなみにこれはビール特有のものなので、
同じ炭酸飲料でも、
ジュースは大丈夫だという。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
ビールを冷蔵庫のドアポケットに保管してしまうのは、
あるあるネタというよりも、
むしろそれが当然かのような、
認識の人が多いのではないでしょうか。
非常に細かい事かもしれませんが、
本当にビールの味を大事にしたいのであれば、
この情報は覚えておいて損はない情報と言えるでしょう。
ただ「ビールは振動に弱い」とは言われるものの、
正直ドアの開閉レベルの比較にならない程に、
工場などから出荷時に振動は受けていると思うのですが、
その点はどうなのでしょうか。
このような事を考慮すると、
そこまで神経質になるような事ではないかもしれませんが、
特段労力や費用のかかるものでもないので、
気が付いた時に行動に移してみましょう。
