私達がこれまで特に疑問を持たずに、
何気無く生活していた事には、
より良い方法が他にあるということが、
実は結構ある。
そこで、今回は身近な暮らしの中で、
今すぐ実践出来るより良い方法検証しながら学ぶ。
シャンプーに最適な温度とは？
ウェザー・ニュースの調査によると、
日本人のお風呂のお湯の設定温度は、
7割以上の人が40～42度の間という結果が出ている。
つまりシャンプーをする時も、
その位の温度で洗っている人が多い訳だが、
国際毛髪科学研究会の井上哲夫会長によると、
シャンプーに最適な温度は、
38度位のぬるめのお湯だという。
頭皮や髪についた脂の汚れは、
36.5度以上で溶け出す為、
それよりも低い（36.5度以下）だと汚れは落ちにくく、
逆に40度以上は、
汚れを落とすだけでなく頭皮を傷める可能性がある。
つまり汚れを落とし、
頭皮を傷めない、
シャンプーに最適な温度は38度であるといえる。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
頭皮のケアというと、
シャンプー剤であったり、
マッサージであったりに考えがいきがちですが、
お湯の温度も関係しているとは、
盲点だった人も多いのではないでしょうか。
実際問題、私もこの情報は今回初めて知りました。
とはいえ40度以上の熱い風呂でないと、
風呂に入った気がしないという方も多いのも事実でしょう。
シャンプーの時だけでも、
お湯の設定温度を変更するのが、
今後の頭皮ケアにおいては得策と言えるでしょう。
