銀座久兵衛寿司職人・今田景久

第45代総理大臣吉田茂や作家の志賀直哉、
美食家の北大路魯山人まで、
数多くの著名人に愛されてきた名店銀座久兵衛。
今やどの寿司店にもある、
軍艦巻きを最初に考案したのは、
実は銀座久兵衛の初代店主今田寿治である。
そんな名店の看板を受け継ぐのが、
3代目今田景久である。
その確かな腕は、
高級寿司店の激戦区銀座で、
銀座久兵衛の暖簾を守り続けている。
寿司職人が一番緊張する客は子ども！？

今田景久は一流寿司店の寿司職人が、
一番緊張する(苦手な)客は子どもだという。

「美味しくない」「不味い」など、

今田景久はちょうど世代がおニャン子クラブ世代なので、
当時のアイドルである渡辺満里奈が来店した際は、
