《ジョブチューン》天達武史「最近の天気予報の言葉の変化の理由！警戒を促す言葉は警報を出しても危機感が伝わらないから！」

気象予報士・天達武史が、
職業（仕事）の秘密をぶっちゃける。
最近の天気予報の言葉の変化
「今までで経験した事の大雨」、
「命を守る行動をとってください」等の、
警戒を促す言葉が最近の天気予報では伝えられている。
これまではこういった警戒を促す言葉で、
伝えていなかったが、
警報という形で出ていた。
主な警報・注意報としては、
大雨警報、洪水注意報、暴風情報、
波浪警報、津波警報などがある。
このような警報を出しても、
なかなか視聴者に危機感が伝わらないので、
わざわざ警戒を促す言葉にして伝えている事が説明された。
つまり今後も、
このような言葉が増えていく可能性は、
十分にあるという。
特に今年の秋口は、
海面水温が高く、
海面水温が28度以上になると、
台風が発生し易くなるので、
台風に関する警報を言葉に表したモノが、
登場する可能性はあるという。

特に今年は異常気象が多く、
「これまでに経験したことのないような大雨」、
といった言葉の他に、
思わず私達がぎょっとしてしまうような、
言葉が天気予報に踊っていた気がします。
背景には、
警報だとなかなか危機感が伝わらない、
という事情があったようです。
ちなみにこのような異常気象には、
地球温暖化が非常に関係しているらしく、
国連もこの温暖化による異常気象で、
近年死者が非常に増えているとして、
警鐘を鳴らしています。
そして、
このような仰々しい言葉を使用している際は、
通常の警報より更に上の、
特別警報が出されている時です。
特別警報とは、
ただちに命を守る行動を取るほどの、
重大が災害に陥る危険性があるという警報です。
ですから、
やたらお天気キャスターが、
仰々しい言葉を使用していると感じたら、
大きな災害が訪れる可能性が高いので、
いつも以上の注意を払う必要があると言えるでしょう。
