脳科学者の茂木健一郎が、
脳についての雑学を語る。
頭の良い人と悪い人の違い、脳の差とは？
茂木健一郎は、
頭の良い人と悪い人では、
脳にどう違いがあるのかについて言及。
結論から言えば、
集中するときに使う脳回路が強い人程、
頭が良い。
つまり集中力が高い人ほど、
いわゆる地頭が良いと言われる。
集中力を高める意外な勉強方法！
また集中力は筋トレと同じように、
使えば使う程、鍛えられるという。
その集中力の鍛え方とは、
雑音がある中で作業をする事である。
だから、
勉強する時も、
静かな勉強部屋でするよりも、
意外と騒がしいリビング等で行うと、
集中力が養われると説明された。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
雑音がする中で勉強した方が良いというのは、
まさかの「ながら勉強」が推奨される形になりました。
多くの方は、
親から「ながら勉強」は、
怒られた記憶があると思うのですが。。。
但し、この集中力の鍛え方や、
勉強法ですが、
気をつけなければいけないのが、
雑音のある中で作業をするからといって、
決して誘惑の多い中で作業をしろと、
言っている訳ではありません。
皆さんも経験済みだとは思いますが、
テレビやゲーム、
はたまたベッドのような、
誘惑の多い中で勉強をすると、
すぐに誘惑に負けてしまいます。
これでは集中力を養うどころの話ではありません。
つまり、
「音楽を聞きながら」や、
「家族の話し声を聞きながら」等の雑音は良く、
今回推奨された方法になりますが、
誘惑の多い場所での勉強は、
これまで通り非効率という事になります。
その点だけ気をつけて、
この方法を実践すれば、
集中力が身に付く可能性もありますね。
