今回はファッションのプロが、
誰でもマネ出来るテクニックを披露。
ファッションの悩みを、
全部解決しちゃうスペシャル。
太もも（下半身）・二の腕の太さが悩みの女性は、
全体の半数以上！？
北陽の虻川美穂子は、
何を着ても、
下半身デブ（太ももの太さ）が、
隠せないという悩みを告白。
北陽の伊藤さおりは、
何を着ても、
二の腕の太さが隠せないという悩みを告白。
実際に街の女性100人に、
体型コンプレックスを調査した所、
1位：太ももが太い
2位：二の腕が太い
となり、この2つの悩みが圧倒的で、
全体の6割以上を占めた。
偏った太り方で「似合う服がない」、
と嘆く北陽の2人。
虻川美穂子（悩み：太ももが太い）は、
理想体重52.8kgだが、
現在の体重は62kgである。
上半身は痩せている為、
無駄な肉のほとんどが下半身についてしまっている。
伊藤さおり（悩み：二の腕が太い）は、
理想体重は45.6kgだが、
現在の体重は62kgである。
17kgもオーバーしていると、
二の腕はもうタプンタプンである。
上半身・下半身と太り方が偏っている為、
ぽっちゃり女子としてもてはやされることもない。
西脇智代が太もも・二の腕を、
スッキリ出来るテクニックを紹介！
太ももより足首、二の腕より手首を強調！
女性の3人に2人が悩んでいる、
太もも、二の腕をスッキリに出来る、
ファッションテクニックを紹介。
今回北陽2人の悩みを解決してくれるのは、
大塚愛、石原さとみ、多部未華子、深田恭子など、
数々の有名人をスタイリングしてきたという、
スタイリスト・西脇智代である。
西脇智代は自身がデザイナーを務める、
プライベートブランドを10年前に立ち上げ、
現在スタイリスト、デザイナー、ブランド社長と、
3役をこなしている。
西脇智代は太い所を隠すという発想ではなく、
細い所を見せて強調させると良いことを明かした。
太ももや二の腕が太くても、
実はその下の足首や手首が細い人は多い。
つまり太ももよりも足首を、
二の腕よりも手首を強調すれば、
スッキリ女子の出来上がりである。
誰でもマネできる！
ファッションテクニックでスリムな太ももに！
太もも（下半身）をスッキリ細く見せることが出来る、
ファッションテクニック（服の選び方）の具体的な方法の紹介。
1つ目のポイントは細いパンツを選び、
足首を強調することである。
足の中で一番細いのが足首なので、
その足首を隠さず出して強調する事で、
太ももをスリムに見せることが出来る。
更にパンツは細めのものをチョイス。
太ももを隠す為に太いパンツを履くのはHG。
細いパンツでシルエットをスッキリさせた方が、
太ももは細く見えるという。
2つ目のポイントは、
ウエストを隠す。
ここでポイントとなるのは、
下半身ではなく、
上半身の服である。
腰にクビレがあると、
その下が余計に太く見え、
下半身が強調されてしまう。
しかしウエストを隠すことで、
シルエットがスッキリし、
太ももが細く見えてくる。
また西脇智代は虻川美穂子のダメポイントを指摘。
虻川美穂子は上半身が無地で下半身が柄物の格好をしていて、
こうなると下半身に目がいってしまい、
太ももが強調されてしまうと説明。
そして実際の試着では、
ジャケットの肩に肩パッドを入れて登場。
肩を大きくすることで、
シルエットが逆三角形になり、
足が細く見えるという。
誰でもマネできる！
ファッションテクニックでスリムな二の腕に！
二の腕をスッキリ細く見せることが出来る、
ファッションテクニック（服の選び方）の具体的な方法の紹介。
1つ目のポイントは、
袖の形を変える。
似の上でが太く見える袖というのは、
肩にピッタリくっついていて、
長さが中途半端のものである。
二の腕がスリムになる服とは、
袖口が広く手首の細さが強調される服である。
2つ目のポイントは、
手首にアクセントをつける。
手首にアクセサリー等をつける事で、
細い手首がより強調され、
二の腕がスッキリ見えるテクニックである。
アクセサリー選びのポイントは、
なるべく服と同じ色を選び、
時計でも代用が可能だという。
また西脇智代は伊藤さおりのダメポイントを指摘。
伊藤さおりはこの日、
袖口が斜めラインの服を選択しており、
袖口の斜めラインは二の腕の太さを強調してしまうと説明。
そして実際の試着では、
首元を露出した格好で登場。
首元をストール等で隠すと顔が強調され、
二重あご等がある場合は、
余計に強調されてしまうという。

太ももと二の腕の太さを気にしている女性が、
過半数以上いるという事実は驚きましたね。
てっきりウエストや、
足の長さ等にいくと思っておりましたが、、、
しかしよくよく考えてみると、
ウエストや足の長さは、
ファッションで容易にごまかせるので、
確かに隠せない下半身の太さや、
二の腕の方が気になるのかもしれません。
今回紹介された方法では、
確かに北陽のお二方とも、
見事にコンプレックスが解消されておりましたので、
今後服を買う際は上記の情報を参考にしてみて下さい。
