《得する人損する人》「追い出し部屋」の実態・現状とは？自主退職を促される人の特徴、ターゲットにされやすい人の傾向とは？

社員を辞めさせる為の「追い出し部屋」とは？
今社会問題ともなっている「追い出し部屋」。
近年の不況などにより、
社員を自主退職させる為に存在する追い出し部屋。
水口洋介弁護士によると、
こういう退職強要をやる会社は、
大企業でさえ増えているという。
嫌がらせをして退職をさせるのが、
社会で蔓延している可能性が十分あるという。
追い出し部屋の現状①
働かされているのは地下の倉庫
実際に追い出し部屋で、
働かされている男性がその現状を暴露。
男性が現在の会社に転職してきたのは3年前。
以前の会社でも営業を経験し、
この会社でも営業を任された。
本に曰く営業成績も悪くなく、
上司や同僚等との人間関係も悪くなかった。
しかし事態が急転したのは、
入社から1年半経ったある日の事。
部長から呼び出され、
自主退職を突然勧められた。
男性が自主退職を頑なに拒否すると、
営業から管理部への異動が、
業務命令として下され、
断る事が出来なかったという。
しかし男性が指示された場所へ向かうと、
本来の管理部とは全く別の場所である、
地下2階にある窓1つ無く暗い、
まるで牢獄のような、
ダンボールだらけの部屋であった。
そこにデスクが無造作に置かれ、
男性はそこで仕事する事となったが、
男性に任された仕事は、
廃棄原稿のデータ化や分別作業という、
地味な作業であった。
