本田ヒルズタワークリニック総院長・本田昌毅は、
切らずに治るという最新包茎手術事情を暴露する。
本田昌毅といえば、
世界のホームラン王・王貞治の娘・王理恵と、
交際し婚約していたことで有名。
しかし婚前旅行中のハワイで、
「そばを食べる音が汚い」との理由で婚約を破棄され、

その本田昌毅によると、
ちょっと前までの包茎手術というと、
余っている皮（余剰包皮）を切断して縫うという手術が、
一般的な方法であった。
今はカリ（亀頭）を高くして、

包皮を切断せずに、
その部分に高分子ヒアルロン酸という物質を、
注射するだけで手術は終わってしまうことを説明。
この高分子ヒアルロン酸は、
体への吸収が遅いため、
早くとも2～3年、もしくは一回で入れたら、
永久に持つことがあることが明かされた。
ちなみに手術費用は5万円から可能であるという。
更に包皮を切除せずに陰茎を長くすることで包茎を解消する、
「長茎術」という手術法があることも明かした。
元々男性の陰茎というモノは、
体内に埋もれていて、
その中でも無駄に埋もれている部分を、
恥骨下のじん帯に紐を引っ掛けて、
引っ張り出してあげる手術法であると説明された。
この手術を行うと、
平均して4cm程陰茎が長くなるという。
つまり4cm程包皮が余っている人は、
陰茎を4cm外に出してやれば余らなくなるという。

そのうち絶対に手術が必要とされているのが、
真性包茎とカントン包茎と呼ばれる2種類で、
その数は1割と呼ばれています。
残りの包茎の方々は仮性包茎と呼ばれ、
厳密には包茎ではないのですが、
包皮が非常に余り、
悩んでいる方が多いのが事実です。
このような方の中にも、
包茎手術を受けたい方が多数存在はするのですが、
壁となっているのが治療費用と、
これまでの切除するという治療内容。
費用面は相変わらず安くはないですが、
もう一つの壁となっていた切除を、
