《今、この顔がスゴい！》南海キャンディーズ・山崎静代（しずちゃん）は絵画で恋愛力アップしていた！

今回は趣味がこうじて大成功した、
芸能人スペシャル。
南海キャンディーズの山崎静代（しずちゃん）は、
絵画のおかげで恋愛力がアップしたことを明かした。
いまやお笑いにボクシングにとマルチな才能を発揮するしずちゃん。
実はしずちゃんは芸能界有数の画力の持ち主で、
絵本も出版している。
そのしずちゃん独特の世界観や絵のタッチは、
漫画界の巨匠「ジョジョの奇妙な冒険」の作者、
荒木飛呂彦先生も大絶賛している。
絵が趣味というしずちゃんは、
この趣味を恋に役立てていたという。
実は高校時代、
恥ずかしがり屋のしずちゃんは、
好きな男子と話せなかったという。
そこで思いついたのが、
写真をもとに好きな人の肖像画を描くこと。
そして描いた肖像画に対して、
会話を楽しんでいたという。
更に描いた絵は好きな人に手渡していたという。
つまり、絵画は恋に奥手のしずちゃんでも、
好きな人にアプローチできる手段になっていた。

しずちゃんが実は絵本作家なのは、
知る人ぞ知るといった感じだとは思うので、
今回初めて知ったという方も多いかもしれません。
実は絵本作家になったのは、
つい最近の話ではなく、
2009年、つまり現在（2013年）から4年も前の話になるのですね。
その初の絵本というのが「すきすきどんどん」（幻冬舎刊）。
しずちゃん自身をイメージした謎の生物である主人公が、
興味を持ったものに出会うと感化され、
容姿が変化していくという一風変わった物語。
興味がある方は一読してみて下さい。
ちなみに絵本作家としてのペンネームは、
「やまさきしずよ」らしいのでご注意を。
そしてしずちゃんが実は絵画で意外に大胆な、
男性へのアプローチをしていたことに驚きました。
好きな男性の肖像画を描いて楽しんだという件までは、
恥ずかしがり屋という設定は理解出来たのですが、
描いた絵を相手にプレゼントするって、
相当勇気がないと出来ない行為ですよね。
ともすれば相手から「怖い・気持ち悪い」と、
受け取られかねないですし、
それを考えると私なら到底出来ません。
もしかしたら肖像画に向けて、
様々な予行練習をしていたのかもしれませんが、
それでも相当凄いことですし、
恥ずかしがり屋どころか、
肉食系女子の資質すら感じます。
しかしながら、
そのような突き抜けたしずちゃんの性格だからこそ、
今日芸人として成功する彼女の姿があるのかもしれません。
