今回は趣味がこうじて大成功した、
芸能人スペシャル。
女優・タレントであると共に、
ヨガインストラクターとして成功している田中律子が、
自宅で1日5分、
簡単に肩こりが解消・改善出来るオススメの、
ヨガポーズの方法、
「ガルダ・アーサナ（鷲のポーズ）」を紹介。
①膝を少し緩めて、右足に体重をのせて片足立ちをして、
その上に左足を絡めていく。
②右手を顔の目の前、
左手を右手の肘の下から絡めて合掌する。
③この合掌した手をなるべく顔から遠ざける。
④甲骨が開くのを感じたら、
今度は左右逆にして同じことを行う。

ダイエットだけでなく、
肩こり等の健康に良いのもヨガの特徴の一つですよね。
実際にこのポーズをしてみると、
肩の骨（甲骨）がぐ～と開くのが分かり、
数分間行うだけで、
肩がすっきりするのを感じることが出来るので、
肩こりでお悩みの方は是非実践して欲しいですね。
