この夏食べたいスイーツスペシャル。
スイーツのスペシャリストが、

北陽がオススメの、
究極のパンケーキを紹介する。
それは、
東京都永田町にある、
ザ・キャピトルホテル東急の中にある、
「オールデイダイニング ORIGAMI」の、
「ジャーマンアップルパンケーキ」1200円。
パンケーキ好きのオバマ大統領も、
来日した際に食べて絶賛した。
生地は強力粉・卵・砂糖を、
100回以上も叩きつけて混ぜ合わせる。
こうすることで独特のツヤと弾力が生まれるという。
続いて青森県産のリンゴをスライスし、
強火でソテーする。
フライパンに生地を入れてまんべんなく伸ばし、
軽く焼き目がついたところで、
フライパンのままオーブンで焼く。
片面にしっかり焼き目がついたら、
ひっくり返し両面に焼き色をつけ、
再びオーブンで焼きあげて完成。
生地の芳ばしさとリンゴのさわやかな風味が、
マッチした究極の逸品である。
