一方は隔週でコラーゲン料理を摂取するという方法がとられた。
伊藤医師によると、
一度コラーゲンを摂取して線維芽細胞に刺激をして、
休んでも、
刺激した事がきっかけとなって、
そのまま活発になり、
その後しばらくはコラーゲンが元気になると説明。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
この話の中で、
伊藤医師はこのコラーゲンの効果を恋愛と一緒で、
引きがあった方が相手に惹かれていくのと同じで、
少し休んだ方がコラーゲン摂取の効果が高いと例えておりましたが、
私はこの話を聞いて筋トレを思い出してしまいました。
筋肉というのはトレーニングして、
少し休むことで超回復することで増えていきます。
具体的なメカニズムは異なりますが、
何事も小休止する方が効率が良くなるということでしょうか。
毎日摂取しない方が逆に効率的というのは、
負担も少なく取り組みやすいので非常に良いことですよね。
ちなみにコラーゲンの豊富に含まれる代表的な食材を、
一部紹介しておきますと、
お肉のであれば牛すじ、鶏皮、鶏軟骨、手羽先、豚足が有名なところです。
お魚であればうなぎ、カレイ、シャケ、アンコウ、ふぐが有名ですね。
この中でも、
比較的食生活に取り入れやすいのは、
鶏皮、手羽先、シャケといった所でしょうか。
上述の通り、毎日食べる必要はないので、
2週に一度位のペースで、
コラーゲンを多分に含んだ食事を積極的にとってみると、
肌の調子が良くなるかもしれませんね。
