《深イイ話》韓国で流行しているという健康食品「食用花」を使用した料理をBIGBANGのD-LITEが紹介！

今回は巷で話題の最新医療&健康法スペシャル。
BIGBANGのD-LITEが、
今韓国で超流行しているという、
健康になれる食用花料理「花ビビンバ」を紹介した。
この料理には材料として、
食用花・ナムル・牛肉・コチュジャンが使われ、
下にはビビンバなので、
当然ながらご飯が敷かれている。
韓国では様々な花が色々な料理に使われているとして、
花をナムルなどと一緒に生春巻きに包んだ、
「花の春巻き」が紹介された。
友利新医師はこの花料理に関して、
花には鉄分やミネラルが含まれていて、
特にバラはリラックス効果が高いことを説明した。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
確かに韓国では、
健康に良いという認識が広がり、
食用花が今注目を集めているそうですよ。
単純にその域はアジア料理の枠を超え、
韓国ではイタリアン等の洋食にも取り入れられているそうです。
ちょっと調べてみると、
日本でも観賞用としてお馴染みの花なんかも含まれていて、
例えば、
サクラ、アサガオ、チューリップ、バラ、ヒマワリ、ラベンダー等が、
食用花の種類として挙げられ、
韓国では実際に食用花を専用に栽培している農家も出てきているそうです。
但し、
いくら健康に良いからといって、
料理に過剰に花を盛りつけるのは、
正直私は食欲が削がれます。
実際にスタジオでも、
あまり評判は良くありませんでした。
私は韓国に住んでいるわけでなければ、
韓国に度々旅行に伺っているわけではないので、
実際のところはどうなのかは知るよしもありませんが、
こと日本人の口には合わない可能性が高いです。
健康食品を探すのであれば、
わざわざ花を食べなくても、
他にも色々あるような気がするのですが、、、
実際に食用花特有の健康成分というのは、
調べても一応は見つけられませんでしたからね。
とはいえ、
料理の味は好き嫌いがあるもの。
韓国で本当に流行しているのであれば、
韓国を旅行した際に食してみるのも良いかもしれませんね。
