得する人損する人｜森本レオ 心筋梗塞のサイン！胸焼けと冷や汗を見逃すな！タイムリミットは発症後2時間！見抜けたポイントとは？

今回はあの芸能人が体験した、
生きるか死ぬかの分かれ道を紹介。
女優の天海祐希45歳が、
2012年5月に舞台後心筋梗塞で緊急入院した事を、
所属事務所が発表。
更に徳光和夫や大山のぶ代など、
多くの芸能人が心筋梗塞で倒れている。
厚生労働省によると、
心筋梗塞を含む心疾患の死亡率は、
年々増加しており、
死亡数は1年間で約20万人に達している。
悪性新生物（がん）に次ぐ、
日本人に2番目に多い死因である。
そもそも心筋梗塞とは、
心臓に酸素や栄養を送っている動脈に、
コレステロール等がたまり、
やがて血栓が出来て血流を止めてしまう為、
心臓に血液がいかなくなり細胞が壊死していく病気である。
突然胸が激しく痛み出すのがその症状で、
急いで手術しないと手遅れになる危険な病気。
あの芸能人が直面した
心筋梗塞で生きるか死ぬかの分かれ道
こんな心筋梗塞を発症し、
得と損の分かれ道に立たされた芸能人がいた。
それが森本レオである。
森本レオといえば、
落ち着いた声とのんびりした性格を持つベテラン俳優。
そんな森本レオは2010年2月に心筋梗塞を発症していた。
その原因は肉類中心の食生活。
悪玉コレステロール値の高さが、
心筋梗塞を招いたという。
また、森本レオの心筋梗塞は、
激しい胸の痛みが無いまま発症する恐ろしいものだった。
ところが森本レオは、
痛みがないにも関わらず、
心筋梗塞に気付き身を守る事が出来た。
突然訪れた死の淵から、
なぜ生還できたのか。
そこには心筋梗塞を見抜けた3つのポイントがあった。
心筋梗塞を見抜けたポイント①
ただの胸焼けだと思ったら心筋梗塞の前兆だった
2010年2月、
この日、森本レオは仕事が終わり帰宅しようとしたが、
歩くのが異常に疲れていた。
この時は単に仕事の疲れのせいだと思っていた。
しかし翌朝、森本レオはひどい胸焼けで目覚めた。
いつもなるすぐにおさまる胸焼けだったが、
この日はおさまらず、
森本レオはただの胸焼けと思い込まずに、
「何かオカシイ」と正しく判断する事が出来た。
しかし心筋梗塞の症状といえば、
心臓が締め付けられるような激しい胸の痛みのはず。
一体なぜ胸焼けが心筋梗塞と関係しているのか。
それは心臓が胃や他の内臓と近い場所にあり、
内臓の感覚が非常に鈍い為である。
つまり心臓であっても胃の症状に感じる事もあるし、
胃の調子が悪くても心臓に感じる事がある。
心筋梗塞の初期症状としては、
胸焼けと勘違いし、
発見が遅れる人が多いという。
本人が胃がおかしいと思っても、
心臓に異常がある可能性がある。
心筋梗塞を見抜けたポイント②
皮膚からの冷や汗 危険信号を見逃すな
実は前日の夜、
森本レオは真冬であるにも関わらず、
なぜかじわじわと汗が出てきたという。
森本レオがかいたこの汗は実は冷や汗だった。
冷や汗をかく時というのは、
本当に一大事な時である。
実は心筋梗塞が起きると、
心臓のポンプ機能が急激に弱まるので、
全身の循環血液量が一気に減少する。
すると身体は末端の細い血管を収縮させ、
心臓や脳などの大切な臓器に、
優先的に血液を送るようになる。
これは非常事態に備える為に、
交感神経が活性化した証拠である。
そして交感神経の活性化は、
同時に汗腺にも刺激を与えている。
その為、
運動もしないのに汗が出るのである。
冷や汗や胸焼けのように胸の痛みではない、
心筋梗塞のサインを見逃すと、
30％位の人が心筋梗塞で亡くなってしまうという。
心筋梗塞を見抜けたポイント③
死の危険のタイムリミットは発症から2時間以内
胸焼けと冷や汗に違和感を感じていた森本レオは、
痛みは無いが、
胸の違和感は膨らみ、
どんどんと息苦しくなっていった。
そこで森本レオは自ら救急車を要請し、
そのまま病院に緊急搬送。
森本レオはあと30分病院に搬送されるのが遅ければ、
死んでいたという。
心筋梗塞は治療に時間制限がある病気である。
2時間以内に詰まった血管を再開通されれば、
非常に機能も保たれるし、
心臓のダメージが少ない。
詰まった血管を6時間以上放置してしまうと、
その領域は全部心筋梗塞になってしまい、
のちのち心不全の原因や不整脈の原因となる。
心筋梗塞になると血液が止まった、
心臓の一部が壊死してしまう。
再び血液が流れば壊死は止まるが、
そのタイムリミットは2時間なので、
出来るだけ早く病院に到着して手術をすれば、
9割以上が助かるという。
ちなみに心筋梗塞で用いられる手術は、
主にカテーテル手術である。
カテーテル手術とは、
詰まった血管部分にワイヤーを通し、
網状の金属で詰まった血管を広げ、
血管を再開通させる、
といったものである。

治療・対応が遅れれれば、
送れる程、
命が助かる確率が下がるのは勿論の事、
命が助かったとしても、
