《深イイ話》森田豊医師が紹介する隠れ脳梗塞を発見する簡単チェック（簡易検査）！

今回は巷で話題の最新医療&健康法スペシャル。
大きな脳梗塞であれば、
様々な症状が出てくるが、
怖いのが軽い脳梗塞の場合で、
軽い脳梗塞の場合、
自覚症状がほとんどないので分かりにくいという。
そこで、
隠れ脳梗塞を発見する、
簡単なチェック方法を、
森田豊医師が紹介する。
まず幅約1.5cm位の間隔で、
うずまきを5週程描く。
このぐるぐるのうずまきの間に、
制限時間10秒の間に、
内側からでも外側からでも構わないので、
別の色で新しいうずまきを描く。
この時、
新たに描いたうずまきの線が、
先に描いたうずまきの線に、
2か所以上でぶつかっていると、
隠れ脳梗塞の疑いがあるので注意が必要であるという。
ちなみに10秒の間に、
2個目のうずまきが描き終わっていないという点に関しては、
隠れ脳梗塞のチェック対象外なので、
さしたる問題はないことが明かされた。
この簡易検査で隠れ脳梗塞の疑いが出た場合は、
病院でMRIを撮影してもらい、
本格的に脳梗塞をチェックした方が良いと説明された。
《もうちょっと調べてみた&所感》
脳梗塞の自覚症状として、
一番有名なものは半身のしびれや麻痺といったものですよね。
明らかにおかしいと思えるものならば、
病院に直行出来るとは思いますが、
軽微なしびれであれば見逃しがちであると思います。
そこでどれほど、
実際に体にしびれ症状が表れているのか、
チェックする為には最適な方法かもしれません。
とはいえ、
森田豊先生が仰っていた通り、
これはあくまでも簡易検査なので、
引っかかったからといって、
脳梗塞である可能性は低いでしょう。
しかしながら、
脳梗塞は一度発症してしまうと、
重い後遺症が残り、
下手すれば死んでしまう危険性のある病気です。
可能性が低いからと慢心せず、
この簡易検査で引っかかった方は、
一度人間ドッグを受ける間隔で、
MRIを受けてみると良いかもしれません。
